Casting (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd, was established between Sensus Precision
Die Casting Inc. and Yangzhou Runlin Investment Co., Ltd. The JV’s
parent company, Sensus Precision Die Casting Inc. based in Russellville,
Kentucky, is a leading supplier of complex, high quality die-castings
for the automotive and gas utility distribution markets in North
America. |

| 3. On October 31, 2005, Sensus Rongtai was certified to the ISO14001 Environment Standard and the OHSAS18001 Employee Safety & Health Standard. |

On December 30, 2005, Sensus Rongtai was certified to the ISO/TS16949
Quality Management Standard. |
| 5. On December 10, 2007, we raised post salary one scale for the employees who have accumulatively worked in Sensus-Rongtai for 11 months. |

On February 15, 2007, we revised Attendance and Holiday System, added paid annual leave – The annual leave shall be 5 days for employees who have accumulatively worked for 1-10 year(s); 10 days for employees who have accumulatively worked 10-20 years; and 15 days for employees who have accumulatively worked for 20 years or more.
