Sensus - Rongtai (Yangzhou) Precision Die Casting Company LTD (Sensus Rongtai) was established in August 2005 with headquarter in Jiangdu, Jiangsu Province of China. The 60-40 joint venture is a partnership between Sensus Precision Die Casting Inc., a leading high pressure aluminum die caster in North America, and Yangzhou Runlin Investment Co. Ltd. Sensus Rongtai produces and markets high quality aluminum die castings used in automotive, motorcycle, gas utility, home appliance and telecom industries.

　　In founding the JV, Sensus Rongtai acquired the operating assets of former Yangzhou Rongtai Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a leading producer of aluminum die-casting parts for Chinese automotive and motorcycle manufacturers. The new JV has also embarked on a plant expansion. When completed in 2007, it will effectively strengthen Sensus Rongtai’s capacity to supply fully machined components and light assemblies at world-class quality levels and competitive costs.
